AutoPublish now provides the facility to track each Coordinator's working hours. This information is extremely useful to CSU staff and others within the Department when planning visits to centres or simply trying to contact a Coordinator by telephone.
Information is accessible from the TCO Administrator menu via downloadable CSV file. You can then sort the information in Excel for future use.
This new feature has the option to have some or all of the hours entered also display on the Centre's home page (underneath the existing OAC opening hours) or to keep them private ie. CSU access only.
Detailed step-by-step instructions can be found in the following downloadable document:
Coordinator Work Pattern Instructions (.pdf, 66Kb, Last updated: 31-07-2006)
The item Group CSV Generator allows you to generate a comma-delimited text file (CSV) containing community group records hosted by one, many or all OACs. You can choose all records or filter by a number of criteria including Reminder Month, how the record was created, and/or the type of group, Host OAC etc.
CSV files are easily imported into Excel and can be used to quickly generate mailing labels or mailmerge letters, or can be emailed for use in other databases etc.
You can enhance the look of AutoPublish content by incorporating some basic HTML into the text, but please do not allow centres to go overboard!.
If a centre makes excessive or inappropriate use of HTML, int he first instrance CSU staff should ask the centre to modify the affected page(s). If this doesn't work, after a reasonable period, you are authorised under AutoPublish Policy to log into their site and rectify the problem directly.
