Centre Profile 
The Sorell Online Access Centre is a public facility which provides low cost access to, and training in, the use of computers and the internet, through various courses and 'one-to-one' assistance.
It was one of the first Online Access Centres (May 1998) opened under the Tasmanian Communities Online Project, and has firmly established itself as an important community resource.
It is conveniently located in the Library Building between the Gateway Shopping Centre and the local McDonald's outlet so there is always plenty of activity!
The Centre is managed by the Coordinator (Angelene O'Brien) who is ably assisted by a group of trained volunteers. They are available to assist patrons learn about computers and their applications.
As the Centre is administered under LINC Tasmania -Department of Education
