The principle objectives are to maintain attractive public areas and promote tourism, job creation and youth opportunities in Mole Creek and surrounding areas. A similar organisation existed approximately 100 years ago. The group was incorporated as Chudleigh Ward Progress Association on 4/10/1982. The name was changed to Mole Creek Progress Association Inc. on 6/6/1986
