The Inner Wheel Club of Deloraine is comprised of members who have an affiliation or connection with Rotary Club members. The Inner Wheel Club also carry out community service activities, many times in parallel with Rotary.
These activities include maintaining the gazebo on the bank of the Meander River in Deloraine and maintaining various picnic and garden areas throughout the municipality. Construction of another gazebo is planned for the near future.
