The Launceston Blues Club is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers, whose sole aim is to promote the Blues and Roots music to the music lovers of Launceston.
Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Royal Oak Hotel at 7.30pm. All members are welcome to attend and we would love you to come along and see what goes on and have some input re the running of the club and activities. The club supports local and touring blues acts at the Royal Oak Hotel and also supports the Hobart Blues Club and the Forth Valley Blues Festival. A few times a year, the club hosts friendly, informal jam sessions, often at a member's lovely rural property. We also have a regular monthly blues jam at the Royal Oak Hotel on the last Sunday of the month 1-4pm. All welcome. Please drop by and say hi

Meeting Schedule
The Launceston Blues Club are based at the Royal Oak Hotel and hold gig nights at least once a month on either Friday or Saturday nights starting around 9.00pm. These gig nights feature either local, intrastate, interstate or occasionally international blues bands and artists.
We also hold free club Jam Days at the Royal Oak Hotel on the last Sunday of the month which are open to any musician who would like to play. They run from 1.00 - 4.00pm. |
