To empower poor people, including refugees, in developing countriesto be more self suvvidcient through the encouragement of education and the development of local economic initiatives to help relieve poverty , as well as improving health. To support provision of health services, to inluence the policy enviroment and to support health -related research. The main health objectives for th provision of health care are in the fields of primary health care, health education and control of infectious diseases.
