The Burnie Online Access Centre, situated on the corner of Wilson Street and Bass Highway (opposite McDonalds), is the place to check your email, access computers with the latest software, print documents and receive basic computer and Internet training.

The Burnie Online Access Centre is a program of the Burnie City Council and is an important element to the IT strategy implemented in 1999 to make Burnie the “Online City” of the future.

Further to this aim the Burnie Online Access Centre provides easy affordable access for the community, small business and IT students to computers and fast reliable Internet connection.

Helpful staff are available at all times to answer your computer queries.

Tasmanian registered residents $2.50 an hour
Interstate and Overseas visitors $3.00 half an hour or $6.00 an hour

Student, Concession and Pension Card Holders First Hour Free (2nd hour $1.50)
