From small beginnings, a group of embroiderers meeting informally in the Ulverstone Library, the Central Coast Embroidery Guild was formally established on August 14th, 1995.
In March, 2001, the Guild was accepted as a branch of the Embroiderers Guild of Tasmania Inc.
We are proud to have been the initiators of EMBROIDFEST, the annual gathering of Tasmanian embroiderers, meeting to share ideas, skills and show examples of work at venues around the state.
