Tresca Community Centre is located in a beautiful old house in Exeter. There are many activities and classes held at Tresca including yoga, tai chi, playgroups, quilting, craft, walkers, seniors groups, artists, and men's shed. Tresca also houses a community op-shop. Stocks for this shop are obtained by very generous donations from the local community.

UPCOMING EVENTS INCLUDE:
Arthritis Question & Answer Information Session
Heather Donaldson will be holding this very informative
session on Tuesday, 9th February between 10-11am at
Tresca Community Centre.
Everyone is invited, and there is no need to book.
Tresca runs exercise classes for older people who may have health or mobility issues.
The classes, run by a trained professional, cover fall prevention,
strength training and mobility and incorporate music
and fun into the sessions. Classes are held on Mondays
at 1pm and will re-start on 22nd February, 2010. Cost is $5 per class.
Pancake Day!
Tuesday, 16th February is Shrove Tuesday, and
that means PANCAKES!
Come and be tempted with one of these delicious treats.
The cooking starts at 11.30am - no cost.

Yoga sessions are available at Tresca on Saturday mornings at 9am. The cost is $5 per session and child care is available (pre-booked only) for a gold coin donation. Call to book on 6394 4231.
Tresca Op-Shop - open Mon-Fri - 11am-3pm (Sale on 1st Sat of each month 9am-1pm).
Anglicare Financial Counselling - starting on 28th October and then every 4th Tuesday of each month. Call 1800 243 232 to make appt, and let them know that you want to meet at Tresca.
Mahjong Club - meets on designated Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons - all levels welcome. Call Tresca for information.
Spiritual Development Group - Fortnightly on Wednesdays at 1.30pm - call Tresca for further information.

Allsorts - an inter-generational parenting support group - Mondays - 11am - 2pm (including grandparents).
