The community management model provides an excellent forum for the community to shape the strategic direction of the Online Access Centres and to provide feedback from the community. Volunteers are encouraged to express community feedback at the regular volunteer team meetings. Points of strategic value are then taken to committee meetings. Operational points are implemented by the volunteer staff. This community forum is dynamic and ongoing all year round and can be attributed for the success of MVOInc.
Represented on the staff of MVOInc are the following community interest groups:
Northern Hunt Club, Northern Tasmanian Eventing Club, Tasmanian Dog Training Club, Western Tiers Kennel Club, Meander Valley Enterprise Centre, Meander Valley Financial Services Inc. (Bendigo Bank), Mole Creek Progress Association, TAFE & University Students, community welfare sector (Anglicare), farmers, tourism operators (Mountain View Country Inn), micro-business (Jeweller), the IT industry (Carr Partners); Great Western Tiers Visitor Centre, Deloraine Community House, Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints, Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, Deloraine Junior Football, Westbury Boy Scouts & Joeys, Army Cadets, Deloraine State School parent forum, Arts Deloraine, Supersillyus Circus, Deloraine and Districts Pony Club, Kanangra Hospital Auxiliary & St Vincent de Paul.
