Arts & Leisure / Launceston Photographic Society

http://www.lps.org.au/
The Launceston Photographic Society is a friendly group of photographers who get together at least once a month to share their common interest in photography.

Our membership covers a wide and varied range, both in age and experience, and skills range from beginners to professional photographers.

The aim of our club is to broaden the photographic interests of its members, and to provide education, guidance, competition and social interaction in a friendly, relaxed and informal environment.

Our monthly photo competitions are enthusiastically supported by our members, many of whom enter their printed or digital images regularly.

We regularly invite guest speakers to our meetings to share their photographic experiences. Past speakers include wedding, police, landscape, portrait, night sky, documentary and travel photographers.

Anyone interested in obtaining more information or coming along to our meetings may either contact us using the details below or come along to our next meeting.

Lani Smith (President), info@lps.org.au
Ross Coad (Secretary), ph 63 523269.
