To popularise the sport of game fishing and to develop and maintain, to the fullest extent, in the best interests and traditions of the sport and conservation, game fishing in Tasmanian waters and to promote tag and release of game fish.
To provide organised competitions and club rally days for members. Assist St Helens Coastal Patrol and fundraising for
upgrading of local boatramps etc.

St Helens Game Fishing Classic - March long weekend
Seaport Marine Easter Compeition - Easter weekend.
