This group is part of a nationwide initiative and is assisted with funding by the Department of Home and Community Care. This branch was founded in 1971 to service St Marys and Fingal. Meals are prepared at the St Marys District Health Centre. There are currently 70 voluntary drivers on two rosters and approximately 20 recipients in total. The cost to the recipient is $5.30 per meal and approximately 3700 meals are delivered per annum.
