The Centre is operated by two Managers:

In the case of two bedroom units a $60,000 incoming donation applies with a weekly rental of $97.50 per week.

The rental amounts are not fixed and are subject to increase from time to time, as determined by the Board of Management.

The Association assumes responsibility for all municipal rates and charges, insurance of the buildings and contents and complete maintenance of the units.

Residents are responsible for their own telephone and Aurora electricity accounts.

The Association employs contract gardeners to care for the lawns, trees and large garden areas. However, when possible individual residents care for the garden areas attached to their units.

The Lady Clark Social Club is run by a Committee of elected residents.

Some of the activities organised by the Social Club are indoor bowls and social afternoons, a library and a snooker table are available for the use and enjoyment of residents.

In addition a bus trip is arranged one a month.
