NCW Launceston is a participating Council in the National Councils of Women Coalition Tasmania Inc which is the Constituent Council for Tasmania, affiliated with the National Council of Women Australia Inc. NCWA is a Member Council of the International Council of Women.

Meeting Schedule
The Council meets on the last Wednesday of each month, at 12.30 pm for a Luncheon, followed by a General Meeting. The venue is the 2nd Floor, Public Buildings 53 St John St Launceston. Cost for Luncheon is $8.00 per person.

Membership open to
Membership is available to women's groups whose aims and objects are similar to those of NCW. Each organisation is allowed two Delegates for a membership of $20.00 per year. Associate membership is available for individual women who are not attached to any particular organisation, but wish to join, for $10.00 per year.

Area Served
NCW Launceston is a member council of the National Councils of Women Coalition Tasmania Incorporated, the other Councils are NCW Tasmania (Hobart) and NCW Devonport. The three Councils work together on matters of Statewide and National interest, but work individually on matters of concern within their own localities.
