Supply River Flour Mill Ruins
Supply River, Deviot.

The ruins are of the first water driven flour mill in Tasmania-built in 1825 by Andrew Charlton and closed in 1888.

400 metres off the road is the Supply River Reserve. There you will find information about the Supply River Flour Mill and picnic tables under native trees beside the Supply River.

The walk to the ruins is approximately 20 minutes return. It is an easy walk beside the river, with seating along the pathway and history notes.

There is another walk that carries on from the ruins to the Weir (approx another 20 minutes return). The water is so prestine and the setting is very tranquil.
